1 edit | The only thing on the troubleshooting list that I did not mention that applies to my situation is that there are twoe cable company installed splitters where the coax comes in the house. One splits the 1 connection coming in to 2 and the other splits the signal to all the jacks in the house.

Columbus, OH | Your upstream is too high. If carefully retightning connections and making sure the mode is on the first split doesn't correct it, it's time for a service call |
