Re: [Connectivity] More connectivity issues

We could use some more info to help us troubleshoot:

Re: [Connectivity] More connectivity issues

The only thing on the troubleshooting list that I did not mention that applies to my situation is that there are twoe cable company installed splitters where the coax comes in the house. One splits the 1 connection coming in to 2 and the other splits the signal to all the jacks in the house.

Oh, and the signal information:

Downstream Value
Frequency 561000000 Hz
Signal To Noise Ratio 37.1 dB
Power Level -5.4 dBmV

Upstream Value
Channel ID 7
Frequency 23600000 Hz
Power 54.5 dBmV

Re: [Connectivity] More connectivity issues

Your upstream is too high. If carefully retightning connections and making sure the mode is on the first split doesn't correct it, it's time for a service call

Make sure the modem is off the first splitter.
