| im sure they'll figure it out as will everyone else who actually enjoys watching tv for any significant amount of time. less tax $ spent lowering the common denominator the better, I say... the thing is it's just tv and not at all a basic right in any way. if they watch tv, they'll see it go blank, and then ask one of their younger family members why- just like any black or white or purple person would. radio still works and i'm sure if there's an emergency it will be our information channel anyway.
