| Riiiight... So instead of having to watch the crawls across the screen during prime time shows warning people about the transition in English, not I'll have to watch it in Mandarin Chinese, Laotian, Spanish, French and any other language in the US... Seriously, you can only try so hard before trying to get the word out to people gets flat out ridiculous.
The transition has been in the works for what, over ten years, and people still don't have a clue about? Some how I think this points to a fantastic failure in the notification process if you can't get most of the population to know about the transition when you have ten years or so.
