They did implement Carnivore (although they call it something else now), but it's not really relevant anyway, as Carnivore is only installed pursuant to a court order (supposedly), and it's much more limited in the data it gathers. -- It's wierdo, not weirdo. Yes, I know that's not the 'proper' spelling of the similar english language word.
