Supervisors could care less. <br> </div>I do agree that the Customer Service has really gone down hill with Cox as a whole. However, their excellent service makes up for it IMHO. Example: I was with T-Mobile for 5 years, excellent customer service, but the service was very bad in my area and they didn't offer many of the newer features that other networks had. I left T-Mobile to go to Sprint and while I agree that their customer service could be better, their service makes up for it very much. I use my phone 10x more now just because it actually works!]]></description>
