Nope. You live here, you speak the language. Language-isolated communities really tick me off.
They don't tick me off as much as annoy me when someone whines about how they might be left behind on some issue because they choose to live in isolation.

clubs:		 It's a little bit of both. You come here for a better life in the US, learn to speak the frigging language. No reason to leave your heritage behind, but don't isolate yourself either.
