i am STILL so clueless as to why there are NO pro's and u have nothing but complaints about the service, YET WILL STILL NOT DITCH THEIR INTERNET SERVICE.....

He may not have another viable option (I don't) where he lives. As for his complaints about Powerboost, I don't get it at all. However long it lasts, its an improvement at no extra charge. I'll take all of those I can get.
