They have no plan for the future

I just wish they would update the area I live in, right now all I can get is 1.5 down and 768 up! Are you kidding me, I was getting that 3 or 4 years ago.

I'm in Sandy, UT and just upgraded to the 12mbps/896kbps service last week. Might not be available through the entire city yet...
