You're right. What I saw as tarnish was possibly really brass. But I do think that the mouth and is still sterling or some other kind of metal. Either way, it sure doesn't look like any lure I've ever seen. I sure wouldn't fish with it. I wouldn't want to lose it. It does look as if it once had a plasce for a chain on the top of it, There looks like a spot where it was broken off on the head. |
