<description><![CDATA[HardwareGeek posted : Newegg isn't playing chicken, Newegg made all of their affilates gree to terms where they can't promote directly to NY residents.<br><br>If they do they remove them, that is what amazon and all the other merchants who are charging tax needs to do. Newegg just read the law and everyone else just skimmed it and assumed they had to collect tax.]]></description>
