I work for frontier, and no one is more pissed off about it then us reps. we are the ones who have to deal with it, not upper admins. The only way to stop them is to drop service.

i work for frontier, yet i dont use their service for a reason. My DSL has gone down 1 time in 4 years. Thanks much.
