$57.99 is the month to month/no contract price. Your contract has expired. Call tomorrow and ask to have it extended, as you weren't email notified that it was expiring. I expect they will put you on a new contract at $52.99. If they do request the 20/5, as you will be at current contract price.
Should they somehow be able to extend you at the $49.99 price (which I doubt), then you will have a decision to make, as they will not upgrade you to 20/5, unless they also move you to current pricing at $52.99. |
