Living in an old neighborhood actually helps your chances. The newer technologies (i.e. FITL) don't have a deployed U-verse solution yet. Copper facilities (read: old) are the first ones being targetted.

Orange Park, FL		 The VRAD delivers the last mile to you via copper. If you have FITL, no U-verse for you at the moment. I was specifically talking about the F2.
