The additional outlet fee is also for each additional receiver (a piece of crock if you ask me) but you can avoid that charge by connecting your receivers to either a phone jack or broadband connection.

I had an 811 HD receiver and they sent me a VIP211 (leased) for no additional charge. I was not happy that I have to pay the $7/month for an additional leased receiver but I did not have to pay for the equipment otherwise.
