As of 12:28EDT we still can't access PSN. My nephew and I were playing COD4 and noticed a bunch of players dropping off. Now we can't access it either. Sony's Page »www.us.playstation.com/PS3/Network says the entire PSN is down.

Edit to add: Reading the forums, it looks like the Home beta is expanding today, some are expressing concern about being invited or not. Maybe the Playstation Network is down as they prepare for an expanded PS3 Home beta?
