| [Speed] someone help check to see whats wrong with my connection
i have been having speed issues for months. i rarely get over 7MB on a 20MB connection. this has been going on for ages and i have called RCN in the past but i never recieve any help or answers.
rcnman, anyone.. HELP.

Go to pa.speedtest.rcn.net
and paste the modem info at the bottom, you can obscure your IP address. We need to see the modem levels mainly.

For testing purposes you are using a WIRED connection straight to the cable modem correct? Not using wireless.....

straight wired connection. and before i do my speedtest's i even reboot my modem but still i get crappy speeds. HELP GUYS.. |

BUMP. anyone looking into why my download speed is so slow ?? i've seen people get help on here with their on-going issues, im just looking for some answers myself.
