 | I wouldnt use AT&T if they paid me After the hell Ive been through with AS&S, they can go to their own hell. Check it out: 1. in 1999 I moved, went with them. Within a month the phone was cut off. The reason? "We always cut off phone service when the bill gets high on new customers". The issue? Over $300 in calling card calls were made. The problem? The latest calls were made 3 days prior to our acct. having been opened. And, we had a No Calling Card clause added to our service. Their fix? We would still have to wait for an investigation to get our phone turned back on. My fix? AT&T can go to hell.
Want more reason? Try this. How many times would you say is enough before you red flag a name for potentially fraudulent accounts? Once, twice, three times? Try four or five times! That's right. These boneheads allowed someone to open an account fraudulently four or five times. What I havent figured out is why a bill was never sent to the so-called billing address; but, a collection agency's settlement offer is? And, why would they allow an account to be opened at a different address? So many questions, no answers. But, I do have one answer for AS&S: Go to hell. |
