Wireless speed less but prices are up?

Tonight I just checked DLS's web site for what they offer for Home wireless. And the top tier offering is their Platinum which is 6 megs down and up for $59.95

The last time I checked their web site they had a 10 megs down and up for $55.00 per month?

So are the speed offerings going down and prices are going up?
