It's annoying

Many people were able to be served in rural areas by cellular broadband and now they're capped. I think the carriers would be smart by installing fixed end systems at rural homes so they know which customers are setup this way and offer them something resembling broadband. Given it's not the fastest, but it's better than dialup.
