I never really got a chance to go get pictures of the neighborhood. Been way to busy cleaning up, working, and getting gas. There are a lot of destroyed houses and cars around.

La Place, LA		 I just got power around 5:30 pm yesterday. We lost it Monday morning around 0800. Glad to hear you're OK with minimal damage.

Wow! That's crazy!!

We actually had some water issues yesterday. Ike pushed enough water into Lake Pontchartrain to cause our streets to flood. I've never seen water in the streets this bad. We couldn't leave our subdivision and the Interstate exit near my house is completely shutdown/closed off.
