anon : Speaking of TV, it seems about 90% of TV infomercials are scams(in the sense, they're nowhere good as they sound on TV, in fact, detective).

Checked out reviews on some site for products on about a dozen infomercial stuff already, most of the products are faulty and definitely don't work like they do on TV.

One of the infomercial product actually used clearly larger and better version of the product they gave you(according to the reviewers of the xpress 101).

Tactics they use:
1. Making it a "buy one", "get one free", this is known as - Forcing you to pay for two of their faulty products instead of one.

2. Giving you a "30 day money back guarantee" and also giving you "free to keep things, even if you decide to return the product".
This would be a decent deal, except:
a. The product uses starts to bust 'just after' the money back guarantee ends

OR(Actually, probably Both)

b. The shipping cost COSTS as much as the product itself, making it pointless to get your money back, because you'll getting little to no money back by returning it due to the shipping costs.

3. Using "actual customers" to say good thing about their products on TV. Problem is, are they really "actual customers"?

Anyway, in case you anyone didn't know

(well I didn't know until I was bored one day and decided to check reviews on a bunch of infomercials products)
