Question About FAP

anon : I have a question about this FAP. What do they consider as download? Is it just saving a file/music/video/etc onto your computer, or is it all the data sent to you computer period?

I ask this because I stream alot of videos (youtube, veoh, etc) and my threshold has sky-rocketed. All auto-updates have been disabled on my computer, and firewalls are up. I live in a rural area with no wireless modem, so no one could other than me could be using it.

I just want to know what all makes this FAP threshold increases, since the info about the policy doesn't tell you.
