[HN7000S] $125 RipOff

I am absolutely ready to SUE hughesnet for intentionally ripping off it's customers.

Today is 85 warm, sunny, clear sky, no wind. Suddenly, without warning I receive an error that I cannot connect to a webpage because my proxy has been blocked. (The Proxy that HUGHESNET put on my system). So I called them.
Was told that I "suddenly" lost connection due to bad weather and would have to pay a tech $125 to come out and realign the satellite.

Bull-Snot. Hughesnet is now blocking my proxy, I don't have a satellite issue I have a moron in the office issue. Unblock the Proxy.
They argue, he tells me I absolutely will not have internet connection until I pay a tech. I go into my browser and manually reconfigure the proxy (that they put in there!) and voila, WHILE I am talking to this moron, the pages start loading again; Despite his claim that my satellite is misaligned and I no longer have service and NEED a technician.

They do this about every 60 days or so since I've had this crappy "service" installed. I believe it is a way to milk customers into paying exorbitant service tech fees.
If you have experienced any of the same issues, please feel free to email dreacrafts@yahoo.com as I have been taking screen shots and recording tech support calls and I am going to sue the snot out of this company.
