So I wonder if Comcast will provide each customer their badnwidth usage on their bill or will we just know when we go over the limit?
Exactly.

Where's the tool to allow us to view what Comcast says our usage is? I hope that's going to be enabled in October also.

Yep ... the process needs to be transparent. If they don't allow you to see your usage in near real time nobody will trust or accept it.
