Here's my review of U-Verse. Aside from the abysmal ordering system AT&T has in place and their lack of love for dry loop customers I have to say I am pleased with the service. I'm less than 400 ft from the loop for U-verse (I can actually see it from my window in my apartment) and the installation took no more than 30 minutes. It took another 20 minutes though to get my account setup because of the ordering system being all messed up.
