can't find path for potential virus

I received a virus alert from Avira that it caught two viruses, which were in the temporary internet files. I don't have the exact path right now, but I wanted to check on jotti.org to see if it's a false positive. However, I cannot find that path on my computer at all. I even made sure I had the option to show "all hidden files and folders", and I still see no path that came up for the virus. When I ran AntiVir and Windows Defender, both in safe mode and regular mode, everything came back clean. I also deleted all cookies, temp internet files, history, etc. I also ran it again with system restore off.

How do I go about finding the exact path for the potential virus on my computer?

Thank you so much in advance. Your help is appreciated.

Sounds like you may have deleted it already, no? Is Avira still identifying the virus'?
