|  Just wanted to see what you all thought. I work as ISP L3 tech support for D&E Jazzd. Just wanted a 2nd educated set of eyes to take a look.
I had asked a neighbor who worked at Verizon for a tip on how to get good technnical support. He directed me thru a series of phone prompts and in about 40 minutes I was now ADSL2+ and FastPath.
latency is low.
