Not here in Phoenix, at least in my area, if the bandwidth is available Cox powerboost stays active, I've gone at least 30 min at 23/4
Then again I have said before, I am 3 blocks from a fiber fed DSLAM and I don't qualify for 20mb, but my 6MB still kicks *ss!
