There was a driver issue causing windows to take additional time to start up. Updated that and cleared up that issue. Only error in system health report was my 2nd disabled NIC. Curious to see if problem persists. Will update later tonight if I have issues shutting down before bed.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1217705"><b>McLovin</b></A> : Not sure wtf is going on here.<br><br>Everything has worked up to this point, however, when I elect to shutdown my computer, it doesn't actually shut down. Windows seems to shut down, however the machine keeps running.<br><br>Nothing in the system logs show anything quirky. Only thing of interest I see is the GP error that has plagued a few people:<br>"The Group Policy Client service failed to start due to the following error: <br>The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."<br><br>Any thoughts?<br><small>--<br> Remember, passwords are like underwear... the longer the better... don't leave them lying around... keep them hidden... don't share them with your friends... and change yours often!</small>]]></description>
