Unfortunately it wouldn't. I would love to see what the agent wrote.. "Please give customer unlimited access" LOL. I'm sure tier 2.5 is cracking up.

Also, have you ever chatted with Comcast on their website? Doesn't that chat log seem a little "off" to you? Usually the reps use proper "canned" responses.
