Re: Low Water Crossing We have one here built by the Flood Contol District called Indian Bend Wash. During dry times, it's a wonderful place for hiking, fishing, and just about anything else one wants. During heavy rains such as the one we had last night and the one I hear thundering its way in now, the water flows across some City Roads that are as dry and unsuspecting otherwise. In fact, they are one of the causes of our having to have what's called a 'dumb driver law'...one shalt not be stupid and drive across a posted road.
