Kerrith Kerry join:2003-04-18 Pahoa, HI	Most mainland stores charge us here in Hawaii between $15 & $25 for s&h plus we pay the return postage for broken stuff. It's easier to buy here and get it quicker and have the benefit of immediate return/refund. Kerry
