| comcast availability
I live in a rural area, so I typed my address into comcast website and it says I can get comcast in my area. It showed me 3 high speed packs. I even went to »www.everythingdsl.com and typed in my address and it says best deal for my address XXXXX zip code (38641) comcast came up.
I am thinking naw it can't be true I don't see how cause I don't see any cable lines. Do they already have cable lines they just gotta flip a switch to activate that whole area?
Can anybody explain this to me?
Thanks |

| reply to geeke19 Computer geographic software is not perfect, just ask any techs using our nav software, sure I can fly over water in my van no problem...... In the end the data is all put in by a human and to err is human. So, call in ask for a serviceability call, and see what the guy says. When he comes out be nice to him and explain what services you want, video, digital video, Internet, phone, or a combo there of. |

@zoominternet.net | reply to geeke19 Does Comcast offer cable TV service in your area.? I was unaware that Comcast offered high speed internet service in areas where it did not already offer cable television. |

| reply to geeke19 What I meant to say:
I was unaware that Comcast offered high speed internet to areas that it did not already service with cable television....and I guess the other side of that point is the assumption that if Comcast offers cable television service to an area, it would also be offering high speed internet service to the area as well. Maybe that assumption is not altogether a good one... |
