Not a Bad Start

I'd personally like to see class action lawsuits either banned or severely restricted. All they do is enrich lawyers and leave "victims" with a pittance of a "reward" as justice. Meanwhile, the prices of everything we pay continue to go up because someone has to pay for the jackpot for the lawyers.
