[Other] ATT Cell Phone Capacity Louisiana

Has anyone in the Lafayette,LA area noticed dropped call and capacity issues during the evacuation? I live North of Lafayette and have difficulties calling out and getting calls.
If there are capacity issues now I wonder what will happen after the hurricane.
