Mullica Hill, NJ | are they stealing the chips? what im trying to figure out in these kinds of cases, if they are using Broadcom chips that means they are paying Broadcom because well they have to purchase the chips. unless they are making their own copies of the chips or stealing them from warehouses.

| Reading this article it seems like they are using Broadcom chips but the Qtalk feature isn't included in the cost of the chip. Perhaps it's a patented feature by Broadcom and Qualcom didn't license the use of the feature so that's why they are being penalized by the court. |
