not me 2 @comcast.net	reply to Kearnstd Reading this article it seems like they are using Broadcom chips but the Qtalk feature isn't included in the cost of the chip. Perhaps it's a patented feature by Broadcom and Qualcom didn't license the use of the feature so that's why they are being penalized by the court.
