HardwareGeek join:2003-11-15 Brooklyn, NY	How does this help Google? There is one big difference between this case and the viacom case. The porn industry never sent Veoh a C&D order, Viacom sent hundreds. Viacom send the C&D and only sued when Google didn't pull the vids. Veoh got sued before any C&D was sent.
