I am going to ask a MOD to move this to the WISP providers forum. No idea if you can get something cheaper, but it is worth a try.

Irvine, CA		 We have had good luck with WISP service before. Use SkyRiver down in San Diego, NextWeb up the coast and point to point out at Gillette stadium. None of which ever cost more that about $1500 for the week.
