I wanna know...

Why hasn't anyone mentioned "pay sites?" You pay money for these and as far as I know they are legal, and they don't cap your downloads. This whole cap business is just someone at comcast got a bright idea to limit usage (for whatever reason), even if it is legal and paid for content being downloaded/uploaded. 250GB isn't that much considering you can download 8Gigs in an hour on comcast.

Eventually these pay sites (iTunes, Amazon Music, Xbox Live, etc) will strike a deal with Comcast to exclude their traffic from the caps by profit sharing. This is exactly what Comcast and others have wanted from day one.

I don't see that happening in the near future. Why would companies that offer content want to pay comcast? I mean why would they want to pay comcast to use thier lines to offer content to comcast subscribers? This is a step back for high-bandwith applications and the users who use them.
