<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/466028"><b>RayW</b></A> : Just because you BUY something does not give you the right to SELL/USE it.  That is covered under another payment scheme.  The system is kinda screwy in that way.  And I gather that in some cases you have a tiered payment depending on which features of the item you have bought that you use. <br><br>So do not use the antenna of your cell phone to pick your nose, you might get sued for some patent violation since that feature was not paid for.<br><small>--<br>I am not lost, I find myself every time.</small>]]></description>
