Haven't been able to use this service for 3 days now and their "report connection problem" gives me no feedback, even when adding my email.
You guys using it successfullly today? Anything different I should do?

Still not getting anything here, just keeps saying "loading". My ISP doesn't block anything.
My guess is also a routing issue, as nwrickert  mentioned. |

daemon start error is simple.
Hotspotshield supposed to have 10GB bandwith they setted it back to 3GB u passed that limit so now ur not able to connect for 1month there are no good problem solves for this error i also have it now |

I only used it a handful of times for a text forum where I was banned. I used maybe 4 MB before no connection to service problem, let alone not being able to browse to anchorfree.com Still can't do either!  |

And to add, I can open both the website and use the Hotspot shield at a hotspot not provided through Rogers, but can not open the website nor use the Hotspot service through Rogers.
Plus I can get to the www.anchorfree.com and www.hotspotshield.com through a proxy like »www.the-cloak.com/anonymous-surf···ome.html but not directly in the browser.
Seems to be a Rogers specific problem.. or perhaps related to the new top level domain Rogers has. (i.e. 99.xxx.xxx.xxx)
Still searching for a solution.. :-/ |

| It appears that www.anchorfree.com is blocking traffic from 99.xxx.xxx.xxx (Rogers newly acquired top level domain). I've sent an email to anchorfree support about it.
Evidently 99.xxx.xxx.xxx was owned by a bad apple (SPAMMer, or Virii or other) in the past.. and therefore the 99.xxx.xxx.xxx IP space is on some black lists. :-(
Hope we can get the 99.xxx.xxx.xxx off the anchorfree blacklist soon. |

| They are probably not blocking it. Rather, they have probably failed to update their external router tables, and so responses to your connection attempts go into a routing black hole. (Just guessing, but this happens from time to time with newly allocated IP blocks).

yeah, pretty sure it's banned on rogers, the app just closes, especially after upgrading or installing the updates to 1.07. really sucks. |

just wanted to note same thing here. in oshawa. it's been working fine for months then i just decided to use it one day after having been out of town for a couple weeks (missed watchin tv on my computer). and got the same thing as all of u. i concur it definitely must be a rogers thing as i too am on rogers and i know i'm nowhere near even the 3gb limit as i haven't used it in like 2 weeks. just wanted to put in my 2 cents as another unhappy user. ask me if i'd ever give up rogers over it tho.... NEVER. lol. cheers. |

Yeah I'm having the same problem. When I downloaded it, it came with the error, I had no idea how to fix it or what to do. I was also blocked from the site before I had it downloaded. But I got it off another website x.x If it is just a failure to update, I hope it gets up soon x.x |
