Hi, I haven't been able to find the System status page for a long time. Can you give me the url?
Thanks,
Jo

I believe that the Network Status page tends to raise more questions than it answers. If you go to help.rr.com, just try to find a link there. I don't think you can find one anymore, at least I can't find one. The link here in the forum gets you there (look in the upper left corner at the main forum page), and you could bookmark that link so you could use it anytime.

The network status page is frequently out of date, vague, and poorly kept. I generally ignore it.

The link to it is on the sidebar of this forum:
»help.rr.com/AA/rrwho.aspx?Return···tus.aspx
or this:
»help.rr.com/HMSLogic/network_status.aspx

If you actually look at the dates on the page, you'll notice most of the listings are SEVERAL months old. I also know the majority of listings on that page for SoCal are for preplanned changes that were completed on the day they were listed, yet they still show as open issues which they certainly aren't.

RR National Help Desk really has to upgrade the system they use to create that page because it never really matches what TWC Regional Network Operations Center has listed as open trouble tickets.
