Round Rock, TX		[TWC] router/modem issues

Hi, I recently got Road Runner hooked up and my belkin router will not recognize internet connect from the modem. Also, I plugged my ps3 directly into the cable modem and can't connect either. What is going on??

Simple, the modem recognized the 1st device's MAC address connected to it. Reboot the modem and then turn on which ever device is connected to the modem.

If you have a normal modem (example SB510x) just pull the power out, wait a few seconds and plug it back in.

If you have an emta then hit the reset button on the back to reset it.
