Has anyone in Queens New york gotten Start Over, I know it is availablle in Staten Island in fact TWC is advertizing it everywhere there from the SI ferry terminal and on the buses, Anyone haear a start date for this feature for queens
i wonder why there is so much difference on timewarner in the new york city systems. manhattan still only has 30 hd channels while staten island has all these hd's and start over. come on timewarner!
