ILpt4U : Pricing could be changing? I honestly have no idea. However, U-Voice coming to Chicagoland is right on schedule...

See, after such data is public knowledge, I can then comment on it. I have seen launch dates for various areas, but as far as the pricing and deals, well they don't tell us techs that too often... That's what sales is for...

I do know from my August in Metro Detroit that they get U-Voice Unlimited for $20/month out there, and U-Voice 1000 for $10/month.
ILpt4U : O'Fallon (Metro East/IL side of St Louis) will probably be later -- as their service is served out of the STL Video Hub Office, and thats where the upgrades/updates are done for regional releases, as opposed to the rest of IL that has already launched, which is all served out of the Chicago VHO (Central IL has not launched yet for any U-Verse service, and I am almost certain that Central IL will have at least 1 VHO, maybe more than 1).

So I would assume that O'Fallon won't launch U-Verse Voice until it is ready to launch on both sides of the River down there in Metro St Louis...

But don't quote me on that.
