Because my DSL is cheaper and more reliable than the cable service I had.

 yea i use charter at one place I work 5 meg connection,and its by far the most unreliable internet i have ever used even worse then satt.my other job we use at&t,and never have a problem with it plus at&t is over half the price of cable internet here
