You know, you have a great point! Why should I have to 'spend' my limited bandwith on an advertisement I didn't request to download?

I think there is a new issue for Congress to take up...maybe similar to the "Do Not Call" list, a "DO NOT ADVERTISE VIA WEB PAGE" list.

I don't want my valuable bits used up and costing me money when I go over my limit because some stupid advertiser shoves an ad down my limited bandwith!

As much as I agree with you, the reality is that most of your favorite sites are supported by ad dollars. Would you rather have limited content, ads, or pay for every site you visit?

In the meantime, try Firefox + Adblock Plus.
