Charter's plans for HSI expansion in rural Louisiana?

I'm just curious as to Charter's plans for HSI coverage expanding to more rural areas in Southeast Louisiana. Charter called us 2 months ago saying we could get it but when we called back a week later to order it they said its not available.

Any information on when or if Charter is working to expand service to rural Southeast Louisiana?
